Mission

Our mission is to provide a sacred space for your yoga practice. Our intention is to assist you in growing physically & spiritually. We value Authenticity, Knowledge, Relationships, Honesty, Community, Respect and Integrity.

Statement of Purpose

We have created this code of conduct to live in accordance with Yoga. To show up with love and compassion to the best of our ability. We want students to feel seen and safe in this space and these guidelines will help keep us on the path we wish to walk.

Foundational Principles

  • We avoid discrimination against any person based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality or anything else that may feel non-inclusive.

  • To guide students through a safe asana practice.

  • To evolve as humans and continue to learn and flourish through ongoing education.

  • To remember that we are all connected and to embrace lessons as part of something bigger than ourselves.

  • To maintain practices that provide grounding in order to hold space and to serve the community.

  • We avoid imposing any religious or spiritual beliefs onto students. Although, we may express our own views of how we show up as humans. We honor all viewpoints and respect your beliefs.

Collective Boundaries

In order to create a safe & nurturing space, we must agree to boundaries.

Ours are simple.

Show up with compassion.
Speak your mind, from the heart.
Be open to learning & receiving.

We are not trauma informed practitioners. We are here to support, but ask that you find trained professional assistance if you need to go deeper into your personal circumstances.

We ask that you do not bring hateful speech, any form of aggression, a disrespectful attitude or passive aggressive words into our space. If we witness this behavior, you will be asked not to return to our studio.
